The staff was welcoming, absolutely perfect location, had a pretty decent breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Good reception.

Great stay, perfect place for one night. The venue was low-budget, I liked the stay and the location was particularly good really close to the city centre. Airy and cosy room with a fine bathroom. Simple check out too.

prime location, generous breakfast, good service and the staff was pleasant. in my double room there was an amazing bed that i liked. the pool was lovely with a sauna and a whirlpool. easy walk to the lovely beach.

The hotel was budget, even so I stayed for 1 night only. I liked having an iron, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

It's good choice for visiting some must see attractions in Birmingham. Variety of food at the breakfast, including cereal and tea.

Really fabulous base for one night. Bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it.

The location was ideal and room was exceptionally comfortable, I loved very helpful staff. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. The breakfast had lots of options and included tea and coffee. Having different hot drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch...

Neat, cosy hotel, great value. I had welcoming twin room with single beds and a great shower. They made my stay comfortable. Its location was beautiful right in the centre. Besides, easy to get to st chad's cathedral.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, awful views.

I loved everything, it was perfectly fine. Budget twin room was neat, the beds were comfortable. The HELPFUL staff made my stay brilliant. The downstairs bar was pleasant and the drinks were warm.
